I'm looking for a vector artist/illustrator to create artwork for my website header. You will be fully credited in a prominent way (perhaps even with an *on artwork* credit if it's not too obtrusive).

I have a pretty specific idea of what I'm looking for, but there will be a small amount of artistic freedom allowed.

I need a full color/inked illustration of a specific pixel dimension with NO background. I would love to have the option to purchase this as a print or to print it on business cards/letterhead in the future, but right now all I'll need is a 72DPI transparent PNG.

Here's a general idea of what I require:

I need a illustration of myself wearing specific clothing in a semi-specific pose with my dog in a certain position with me...along with a few specific items beside me. (example: a soda that reminds of diet coke, a stack of books, a laptop, and maybe a couple of other random things if I think of them.)

Please note me with examples of your work or a link to your portfolio which will demonstrate the gamut of your styles and abilities along a price quote on all of the following:

-The base illustration as described above
-Extra cost, if any, to obtain a scalable version for print later if needed. (I do not plan on using this artwork for anything not approved by you first.)
-3to5 small, icon sized illustrations (such as a custom twitter bird)
-Cost to rework as a logo in the future.
